The first phase of the Clarksville SMART GROWTH Plan 2030 website provides access to the Executive Summary, Overview, Resources and Citizen involvement sections. Additional content to be added soon which will include renderings, descriptions and action plans for 10 Opportunity Zones identified in the plan, and a section outlining implementation steps and priorities to achieve the vision of the plan.
